Law of Success: Wear Your Courage on Your Sleeve

You have to have courage to succeed. Success can only be had if you have the courage to succeed. Courage is the ability to deal with difficulty, uncertainty, and pain without getting side tracked from your chosen course of action. Your journey to success will require a heavy investment of your time, treasures, and emotion. Your emotion is often the deal breaker. Your journey to success will require you to put so much effort, so much time, and so much of yourself into that quest that it's nearly impossible be impartial about your experience.

You need to make a definite decision about what you want to start your journey to success. You won't be able to get it without a strong commitment to do whatever it takes to get it. You will experience bruised and battered emotions along the way.

Your emotions will either keep you moving forward in spite of big challenges or they will spur you to accept failure. You want to have courage to back you up on your journey to success. When things look bleak and you don't see a way around your problems courage will help you to hold steady on your course. Success can't be had without difficulties and challenges. As you experience those difficulties you mind find that they're your own fault because you failed to plan for the obvious challenges and obstacles. At other times difficulties will come up because of unforeseen external circumstances beyond your control.

In either case, the best way to handle a difficulty is to face it head on. Identify the facts surrounding the difficulty not just the information. Determine your next best actions and have the courage to take that action.

Your road to success may be lonely. In part that's because it's best if you make your decisions yourself based on facts. That means that you alone have to gather the facts and you alone have to make the final decision. You may feel uncertain about your decision because you haven't had your decision confirmed by anyone else.

Use your courage to stick to your decisions and develop the persistence to carry out those decisions. You can't ever succeed unless you take action. It takes courage to take actions and to stick to your course in spite of the challenges and uncertainties. The tools below will help you to obtain your keys to success.
